What is Voday?
Voday is a daily voice recording companion for Apple Watch and iPhone. Record conversations and ideas from your wrist, turn audio into text, and use AI daily recaps to reflect on what you captured.
Where does transcription happen?
Local transcription runs on your compatible mobile device. Recordings transfer from your Apple Watch to your paired iPhone for transcription and management, without requiring upload to our servers. Availability and performance depend on your device and system capabilities.
Can I record longer conversations?
Voday supports background recording for longer sessions such as meetings, lectures, and spoken reflections. Recording duration and transfers depend on available storage, battery, connectivity, operating system behavior, and permissions.
Can I manage or delete my recordings?
Yes. You can manage and delete recordings and transcripts in the app. Copies you export or share are managed separately. Your device’s backup and synchronization settings may also retain copies, so review those settings when managing your data.
What should I know before recording others?
Be thoughtful about the people around you. Before recording someone else, provide any necessary notice and obtain the consent required in your location. Always use Voday in accordance with applicable laws and respect others’ privacy.
